Today’s Nutrition: Today is the day to fast on “soul” teas & juice

This Chakra is our immediate connection to the most high.  Whomever your deity is if this Chakra is denied awakening you will be closed off from the most divine relationship you can ever have.  To open this Chakra meditate & pray.  Speak what is on your mind and treat God as whom he is; your friend.

This connection will give you affirmation into your purpose of being.  Being closed off can lead to feeling lost in life & life being meaningless.  Many that suffer from depression can relate.  So just take a second out of your day to just be grateful.
